Websites with Liam

Liam asked us to look into sites we did and did not like The sites that I liked were from Smashing Magazine http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2009/08/05/30-fresh-and-inspirational-portfolios-with-a-twist/ And the one I did not like was from the indexabit website. I did not go through al the sites but this is my little list so far ...

www.digitalmash.com  – At first I didn’t like the random words over the homepage as I didn’t know where to begin but once I understood the layout and how the website worked I liked the look and how the random words linked up to a more diverse meaning and understanding.
http://www.alexbuga.com/v9/#welcome - I love the interactive idea behind this website and how it is only a visual and no text and once you click on an item ie  the camera takes you to the photo gallery ad from there you can view all images etc. This site  may be harder for older people to follow or people that do not have much to do with computers
http://www.olainteractiveagency.com/ - the site bring humour into it with the guys dancing and moving incorporating them into how they work and make a business look better. The site is very indepth but is easy to follow and I like that you can click on an individual piece of work and can see it by itself without being cluttered by everything else.
http://www.your-majesty.com/ - I love that the hole site has a theme to it and that once clicking on work it is divided into clear sections of each of the clients and once clicked it shows many of their works and information on the piece.
http://valeriephillips.com/ I really really really like this website it is so easy to follow, it is made up of one main page where there are links down the bottom to follow for more information on the artist such as fashion/advertising/biography/contact etc.
DISLIKE
BORING!! – does not capture attention on home page, little/no artwork, only a selected few photographs.

These are some other websites I have come across that I also really liked...
